How to Store: If we've included the greens on them and you aren't going to eat them soon remove the greens from the root and store them separately. Greens in a closed plastic bag, roots in a separate closed plastic bag in the crisper drawer of the fridge. For both the greens and the root if they start to get wilty they usually perk up by soaking them in water. With the root sometimes you have to soak it in a bowl in the fridge for a whole day or so if it has gotten a little soft and wilty.
