Always wanted to take dance classes as a kid, but didn't get a chance until learning Bachata from their classmates on the middle school playground. They joined the ballroom dance club in highschool, competed in college, and ran the ballroom club in college as well as at their first teaching job. They did their first Bachata performance in 2008, and then began focusing on Salsa in 2015 at Salseros Dance Company. They love both leading and following, and the amazing grounding, healing, and connection with culture and music and community that dance can create. They would love to share the dance floor with you!

Breakdanced all through middle school before switching it up to ballroom dance in high school. He was a regular at the family parties dancing Chachacha and Merengue and Bachata. He began dancing Salsa in 2016 at Salseros Dance Company, and training in traditional Bachata after workshops with Jorget Alcocer.

Jeff & Leah started dancing together in 2005. They are passionate about sharing their joy, and what they've learned and are continuing to learn--about music, culture, and connection through dance.
