Automatic Text Message
When you are unable to confirm an appointment—whether due to speaking with a third party, the patient declining HIPAA verification, or unsuccessful contact—a text message must be sent (applicable for 7-day prior appointments only).
Please follow the steps below to send an automated text message:
Step 1: Click on the gray text icon located on the far right
Step 2: A small window will pop-up asking "Send Appointment Reminder to patients Mobile Number? ". Click OK and you are done.Â
Manual Text Message
Step 1: Click on the gray text icon located near the patient's picture
Step 2: A small window will pop-up, change the Template to "Appointment Reminder"
Step 3: Click on the calendar to select the date of the appoinment.
Step 4: Select the time of the appoinment (Watch out for AM or PM)
Step 5: Select the correct clinic for the appointment and click send.
