UTC: Step by step rescheduling.
Search the patient in Savas
Click on the calendar in the tab section to look at the pts schedule.
Click on the blue calendar next to patients current appt.
Look into the schedules that we have available. Find the date and time that works best for the patient (that we have available).
Press “Select” located on the left side of the screen. (In grey)
Once selected, it will automatically change to “Scheduled”
Press the “X” at the top of the screen once it says “Scheduled”
Look at the appointments and make sure the appt is saved.
Once you confirm its saved, click on the appt they wanted to cancel (Grey box with 3 little people in it).
Locate the patient's name
Click on the drop down under contact status and change to “Will not attend by phone”.
Press the Yellow save button at the top left and select “save”
Once saved, click the back button twice and it will return you to the patient's profile.
