Search a Patient

Step 1: Sign in to NextGen

Step 2: Click on EHR

Step 3: On the top right, in Patient's dropdown select "DOB", in the space next to it enter the patient's date of birth, click "search"

Step 4: A list of patients whose date of birth matches what you enter will appear, select the chart number of the patient you are looking for to open their information
