Before initiating calls, please ensure you have located the list that has been assigned to you by following the next steps:
A. Always change the "Max Rows" to 500. This ensures we will be able to see our complete lists everytime.
B. Click on the calendar to select the date you wish to call.
C. From the dropdown list choose the clinic you wish to call.
D. Under "Service" from the dropdown list select "Begins With"
E. A little box will appear, please enter the words "Med refill" and press Enter. (The amount of names appearing will be now filter and that is the list you will be working with)
Step 1: Click the arrows next to Patient Details icon to open the patient's information
Step 2: Review the patient's name and date of birth, so you can be ready for when you start your call
Step 3: Click on the green telephone icon to start the call.
Step 4: A window will pop up to place the phone call. Follow these steps:
A. Add your extension, always add "117-" before your extension number.
B. The Operational Category needs to be change to "Appointment Confirmation" everytime.
C. The Outbound Caller ID needs to be change to the match the clinic you are calling.
Clinic's Names
Call Center - Local to Indio ➡️ For the Indio Clinic
Call Center - Local to PD ➡️For the Riverside or the San Jacinto Clinic
Call Center - Local to PS ➡️ For the Palm Springs Clinic
Call Center - Local to RM ➡️ For the Rancho Mirage Clinic
Call Center - Local to VV ➡️ For the Victorville 1 or the Victorville 2 Clinic
D. Click on "Place Call"
Step 5: Sangoma will start ringing, click on the green phone icon for the call to start ringing on the patient's side.
Step 6: Right after you click on the green phone icon in Sangoma a new window will pop-up.
A. In the activyt notes add the template that matches what happened on the call.

B. From the dropdown select the disposition that best matches what happened on the call.

Step 7: The Final Step is to select the contact status that fits what happened at your call.
