Mission Health Lexington provides comprehensive charitable healthcare to Fayette County adult residents living without insurance and below federal poverty guidelines.

The Health Department provides medical care, health education, harm reduction services, and more.

Planned Parenthood offers a variety of services including gynecological exams, pap smears, birth control, emergency contraception, referrals for health services, testing and treatment for STDs, pregnancy testing/option counseling and many more services. Services are available to those with Meidcaid, private insurance, or on a sliding scale basis.

KEJC helps individuals, including immigrants, obtain health insurance. They provide clinics to show how and when to use health insurance. They also provide Free Wage Claim clinics.

The Embrace Foundation is a national organization that collects donated diabetic supplies (such as insulin, pump supplies, glucometers, test strips, and more and ships them to diabetics across the country. Insulin supply is limited. The service is free but paying $10 for shipping is requested.

AVOL is a non profit organization the provides services to people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS as well as providing prevention, education, and outreach services. Testing is available by appointment.
