Steps to access your Xenegrade account:
Go to QuickTools (https://qt.xendirect.com/cuny/)
Click on Forgot Password and enter your username (same username used for CampusCE)
You will then receive an email (your email on file) from ce@lehman.cuny.edu to reset your password
Follow the steps to create a new password
