You can keep both Facebook links or remove the one that do not relate to your program. Once updated, highlight the entire signature, right click, and click copy it.
You can hyperlink your program’s website.
If you don’t want to put your cell phone number, you can add your Teams contact information (example: T: brenda.perez11)
Once completed, highlight it, right click, and copy it.

Click on File (top left corner)
Click on options (left, towards the bottom)
Click on Mail (second option on the left)
Click on Signature (third option on the right)
Click on New, type a name for that signature, click OK.
Right click inside the Edit your signature box and click paste.
Click Save
Choose Default Signature New Messages pull down and pick the signature you want automatically added to a new message.
Click OK
1. Open a new message window
2. Click on Signature pull down menu (located on the top ribbon, under Include)
3. Click on Signatures, click on new, type a name for that signature, click OK.
4. Right click inside the edit your signature box and click paste.
5. Click Save
6. Choose Default Signature New Messages pull down and pick the signature you want automatically added to a new message.
7. Click Save
