Multi-Factor Authenticate (MFA) sign in Lehman 360 and using the Username (FirstName.LastName) & Password.
Same Username & Password as your Electronic Timesheet access HelpDesk provided you with the username and password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your Microsoft Office 365 apps to protect Lehman Faculty/Staff from threats that are expected to grow, and it is becoming easier to fall victim to scams. Lehman’s threat detection efforts block over 4 million spam/malicious emails each month, however continue increase the methods of phishing attacks aimed at stealing passwords, extracting personal information the MFA will help the user to minimize these actions.
Please visit the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) module in Lehman 360 use your Lehman Password Manager (Timesheet) credentials to login: FirstNameLastName & Password
After MFA has been enabled for your account, the next time you log in to any of your MS Office 365 apps, you will be prompted to provide more information. Click on Next to begin your Microsoft Office 365 MFA configuration.
You ONLY need to choose 1 method: A or B
Method A
using the phone sugested easier and faster
This option will “Send me a code by text message.
Microsoft will send you a text message containing a verification code to your cellular phone.
You will need to enter code to sign-in.
Method B
This option you will need to download MS App to you cellular phone.
You will need to activate App on your phone.
The code will be sent through the app that you will need to retrieve to enter when sign-in.
