Log in to Brightspace with MFA to complete the Mandated State Trainings
As per state law, part-time employees, including adjuncts, must complete their trainings by May 29, 2026, or by the end of their employment for the semester, whichever comes first. In this case, December 31, 2025 comes first.
These trainings are required annually, even if completed elsewhere (e.g., Research Foundation).

Please follow these steps to complete your required training modules for Lehman College.
Access Brightspace using your standard credentials. Please ensure you have your device ready for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Step 2: Locate Your Courses

Once logged in, navigate to the My Courses and select the Compliance section.
Step 3: Complete the Training Modules
Step 3: Complete the Training Modules
You are required to finish the following two courses:
WVP: Workplace Violence Prevention
ESPARC: Employee Sexual Misconduct and Prevention Course
Step 4: Confirmation of Completion
Step 4: Confirmation of Completion
After finishing the courses, you will receive an automated email notification titled: βTraining YEARS Updated - Award Earned.
β This confirms you have successfully earned your award.
How to View and Download Your Certificates
If you need to view or print your completion certificates, follow these steps:
Return to the Compliance section under My Courses.
Click on either the WVP or ESPARC course link.
In the top navigation bar, click on Awards.
You will see your completed certificates listed there, which you can view or download for your records.
