Log into your CUNY First BlackBoard to begin and complete the Mandated State Trainings.
The Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP) training and The Employee Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Course (ESPARC) are now available for the 2022-2023 academic year. All employees are required to complete this annual compliance training. Please log into your Blackboard account and under My Organizations you will find the required traings needed to complete.
STEP 1: Visit CUNY Logins at https://www.lehman.edu/logins/
STEP 2: Select under Cuny Logins "BlackBoard" and enter your CUNYFirst (FirstName.LastName##@login.cuny.edu)
STEP 3: On left side menu click on “Organizations”:

Last section includes a Knowledge Check you will need to pass in order complete your training.
After completed the training, a Certificate link will by generated on left navigator and you will be able to view, print, download or screenshot your Certificate of Completion.

About the Mandated State Training
1. Employee Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Course (E-SPARC)
In compliance with New York State law and CUNY’s Sexual Misconduct Policy, all CUNY employees are required to complete the Employee Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Course (E-SPARC), which covers sexual harassment, gender-based harassment and sexual violence, at least once every academic year.
New employees are registered for the CUNY Blackboard course within 90 days of their hire date. All new full-time and part-time employees will receive an email from their Human Resources Office with instructions on accessing the training.
2. Workspace Violence Prevention
In compliance with New York State law and the City University of New York Campus and Workplace Violence Prevention Policy, all CUNY employees are required to complete training in workplace violence awareness and prevention at least once each academic year.
New employees are registered for the course within 60 days of their first day of work and will receive a notice from their Human Resources Office with instructions for accessing the course.
