The National Conference on Learner-Centered Teaching (NCLCT) incorporates abstracts that encourage cross-institutional authorship regarding innovative ideas, evidence-based strategies, mini-workshop to facilitate an LCT skill, and comparative reflections of practice that contribute to a more holistic view of Learner-Centered Teaching (LCT). We encourage individuals of varying perspectives and ideas to submit abstracts so we may continue to advance LCT for all learners - regardless of context (e.g. formal education, informal education, rehabilitation, therapy, mentorship). Past conferences have focused on varying topics such as:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
STEM Education
Compassion Building
Food Insecurity
Teacher Education and Development
Culturally Responsive Pedagogy
Mentorship
Health and Wellness
If you are interested in exploring more topics presented at previous conferences, please visit our Past Conferences page. Join us as we continue to explore the dynamic landscape of LCT, fostering environments where every learner can thrive. We invite you to contribute to this vital dialogue and help shape the future of education and development across all fields.
