How to get from your airport to the hotel? Follow this instructions:
There are 3 main airports that participants will arrive:
CGH - Congonhas Airport
Brazilian participants arriving at CGH airport should take a cab or UBER at their own expenses (you will receive an allowance on the first day of the event which should cover their expenses).
Hotel name: Quality Inn Faria Lima
VCP - Viracopos Airport
Participants arriving at VCP airport should use the “Azul Experience” free airport bus service to the Eldorado Shopping Mall in São Paulo.

From there it is a 5-minute walk to the hotel (see map below). Remember that you must use your airplane ticket receipt to board the bus.
GRU - Guarulhos Airport
Participants arriving at GRU airport will have a shuttle service to the hotel provided by our Institute (IPEN). Look at the shuttle time table bellow, and hop on in the one available right after your landing.
In order to find the van driver at the airport go to the arrival exit of TERMINAL 3 and look for the driver holding a sign with the blue symbol of IPEN:
