BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Euroformaz was established on August 29, 2006. Although it has not been for a long time since our establishment, the number of our members has increased more than we expected. The current number of our members is 88. Our members consist of environmentalist youngsters between 18-30, and young Engineers in Computer Science and Engineers in Telecommunications. The Euroformaz association was born from the commitment of ICT professionals and local professors, to promote social development and reduce situations of hardship through the use of information technology and volunteering. The goals of our association: - The Association intends to pursue aims of social solidarity, in particular it directs its activity in order to: - Reduce situations of social unease through the use of information technologies; - Allow people in situations of difficulty or disability to access digital technology, facing the technological and cultural "digital divide"; - Organize events and campaigns to promote the use of information technology to support the reduction of social distress; - Promote the diffusion of a culture of greater attention to social problems by professionals and companies in the IT sector; - Promote and implement publishing activities of public social utility disclosure and monitoring in order to inform, raise awareness and decrease the "digital divide" - Promote and implement professional initiatives in culture, research and art, also through IT tools, aimed at achieving the objectives of the Association - Promote and implement training to tackle and diminish the technological and cultural digital divide We are Curious Deep intellectual curiosity and an open mind are the starting points for every aspect of our work. Euroformaz has a simple mandate: to help a large European public to make sense of today's increasingly unstable world. ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES: On March 21, 2018, on the "International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination" Euroformaz organized a football match at the city stadium, between young local students and refugees present in the "Tents Camp of San Ferdinando". The initiative entitled "Play with me" saw the participation of local public schools, and many political and social authorities, with the specific objective of "integrating young people from very different backgrounds" and "fighting dangerous prejudices". The initiative has been very successful and has been widely distributed in newspapers, online newspapers and social networks. The project combined telecommunications and education operations against discrimination and racism. The partnership became known for its slogan "Color? What Color? Say No to Racism!" Title: Creatively using digital technologies. KEY PERSONS: Many members of the association actively participated in the international meetings of Erasmus projects Ka105 and Ka 229. In addition to these activities above, let us talk about our experiences in the Erasmus programme. Thanks to this success, our youngsters become more conscious about the societal problems. The youngsters who are included in our association have shared their experiences about how the Erasmus projects are realized; how the activities are carried out and how the relationships with the institutions and organizations are built with us. There are members in our association who will contribute to the project through the extent of their competencies, knowledge and experiences. Four of the key staff consist of our members and the other one it consists of an external member from the national university world. We have determined the key staff together with our partners. Firstly, we have analysed where we need support and made a list of the criteria for the selection of these key staff. According to this and the results of the meetings conducted together with our partners, we have determined those who have these criteria as the key staff. The skills and professions of our key staff are as follows: The key person involved in this application is Michele Oliva, a professor of computer science and specialized in Teaching Disabled Students. He is the Director-General of Erasmus+ and responsible for international relations. The European program of our institution, in fact, is led by the Project Coordinator, OLIVA. He has extensive experience in project planning, cycle and project management, grant management, dissemination, cooperation with stakeholders, communication between partners, selection and preparation of project activities with his team. Our second key staff is Dalila Oliva the graduate of Environmental Engineering. She speaks English fluently. According to the studies about environmental dangers, environmental policies, environmental troubles caused by the waste materials and impact of air pollution in health he carried out, she is experienced in environmental problems. Through his competencies on these, she will be responsible for planning the activities, namely, Every Waste Is Not Garbage and Team Work. Our third key staff is Rossella Oliva the graduate of the Computer and Telecommunication Engineering. She works in an important and worldwide IT Security Company "Negg" with the function of Project Manager. She speaks English fluently. She has received numerous national awards, certifying the high quality of work done. Our fourth key staff is Paolo Russo the graduate of the Computer and Telecommunication Engineering.
