BRIGHT ACADEMY is an institution that focuses on integration, culture, creativity, technology, entrepreneurship, vocational education, sports, and entrepreneurship activities with Non-Formal Education methodology that will include young people. The main objectives of the association are; a. to empower young people to active citizenship b. to promote personal and career improvement through education, in particular, aimed at young people at risk or at social exclusion c. to ensure that young people participate effectively in solving problems at the local, national, and international level and take an active role in decision-making mechanisms d. to ensure that young people take a role in scientific, technological, artistic, sports, social and cultural activities e. to fight against the NEET problem through youth work, creativity and vocational training, and social inclusion f. to ensure the integration of disadvantaged groups such as immigrants and disabled people into society g. to promote non-formal training as an important method in youth and adult education and complementing formal education h. to encourage the growth of personal and the community through mobility learning i. to develop new and innovative techniques and methodologies to develop useful education policies by a partnership with local and international public and private institutions j. to encourage both analytical and technical studies, research, and innovation with a view to providing scientific evidence for our association's particular actions k. to encourage intercultural dialog with the aim of promoting mutual understanding and respect among people from different cultures l. to promote unity, nonviolence and civil rights as a basic tool would bring about a world of dignity, solidarity, and access to universal rights for all human beings BRIGHT ACADEMY is an instituion that includes expert trainers, youth workers and leaders who will ensure the realization of these goals and support initiatives in line with these goals. Our team has considerable expertise in the youth field and in exchanges and training for youngsters. Each one of our members has a past volunteering background in the nongovernmental field. In a very short time, we have reached a national and international network through youth workers and young people working voluntarily within our NGO. BRIGHT ACADEMY has a wide opportunity and expresses great knowledge for its staff in such fields as integration, development, and implementation of youth training, design and implementation of adult training, training provision, design and implementation of entrepreneurship and soft training programmes, basic training incompetence (14 core skills as advocated by the EU), We assume that this is a combination of networking and dissemination between public and private sector. There are three main staffs in the organization. The team has a strong background in carrying out projects in cooperation with the institution locally and internationally. The staff of the organization works together to offer individuals the opportunity to become more involved in active life. Ramazan ILTAR: President and founder of the BRIGHT ACADEMY. He has managed several international projects on science, education, and creativity, focusing on integration and social inclusion, pedagogical development, education for disadvantaged groups, didactical approaches, and teachers and parents' training. He has experience in the fields of youth, as in addition to his everyday tasks he hasassisted or wholly managed a number of Voucher projects. Some of the roles hefulfilled are: - Work Advisor (consulting youth and employers throughout the internship’s duration), - Project Support (Managing the proper paperwork), - Seminar Support, Work Inspector (Performing checks on the interns and employers) andTraining Program Director (Organizing training projects from scratch). Yoana Georgieva Yosifova: Bachelor: primary and preschool pedagogy. Master's degree: management of education. She works with to social innovation, social entrepreneurship, design thinking, cultural heritage, inclusive education, and technology-enhanced learning. She provides counselling services to teachers, parents, children and youth with a migrant background, hearing impairments, learning and/or emotional difficulties. She is an expert in assessing learning difficulties and soft entrepreneurial skills. She undertakes research and develops educational material for inclusive education purposes. She has experience in managing EU projects related to social inclusion and integration of migrants and other disadvantaged groups. She is interested in projects related to Internet and mobile-based psychological interventions (IMIs), positive adaptation of young migrants, the development of resilience skills, and the promotion of intercultural competences to young people in schools. Yordanka Dancheva Yankova: Bachelor in National academy of arts in Sofia. She has been delivering youth and adult training on global education,sustainable development and peace education. She has alsoaccumulated experience in developing material and facilitatingtraining relevant to sustainable development, including human rights, peace and conflict resolution, responsible production and consumption, and sustainable cities and communities. Her interests include gender mainstreaming, global citizenship education, leadership for peace-making and environmental justice.
