ARSU Academy for Lifelong Learning and Development Germany e.V. was established in 2018 in Berlin, and since its establishment has been validated by the German National Agency. As computers and digital education course and seminar center, it has been developing and carrying out mobility projects for staff in school education and adult education, as well as involving in Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership Programs in the field of education, training and youth. In its administrative staff, there are education lovers academicians who acquired their PhD degree in the different scientific and technical fields in Germany, and worked in different countries of Europe. “ARSU Academy for Lifelong Learning and Development Germany e.V.” is a non-profit, politically and religiously neutral association that fundamentally adopts the principles of ideological and ethnic tolerance. Its fields of activities include education, youth, women, cultural, social, ecological and economic issues. The association has a determined position against intolerance, racism, bullying, homophobia, exclusion, discrimination and all forms of political extremism. In order to achieve our mission, vision and goals, we have set high professional and ethical standards, whereby our core values consist of integrity, honesty, respect for people, tolerance, equality and transparency. One of the organizational objectives of ARSU is to establish itself as an immigrant-origin European institute to support the business and social life processes of people regardless of their ethnic origins.

• The projects with the municipalities Among the main objectives of the association are the establishment of a fair social order in which all members of the society have equal opportunities, the integration and integration of disabled people and refugees into society, and the acceptance and equal treatment of people of all genders.
The association also aims to contribute to the development and improving of the individual’s personal, social, physical, psychological and mental-health levels and individual's educational achievements in the society. In this context, it encourages lifelong learning with its activities and supports individuals in achieving high-quality education, training, on-the-job training and qualification. In order to achieve its general goals, the association, organizes and implements activities, meetings and cultural and sport events and conducts projects in the fields of interest. For that purpose, it establishes both domestic and international strategic partnerships. The association follows the principle of learning together and from each other of individuals with its work activities and events carried out within the scope of the motto of "Lifelong Learning", and encourages and supports the exchange and sharing of data and information at national and international level. What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project? Free advice and support activities and work in social, health and education areas. These include: Advice and support for mentally and physically disabled people and their relatives Social counseling: Support in filling out forms, in matters related to authorities, in submission of applications Parental counseling: Advising parents on education and upbringing. It has turned out that the ARSU Academy, which draws its strength from self confidence, has constantly been improving its quality through the achievement of its goals so far. The staffs of ARSU Academy focus on human, education and success, turning differences between people into chance, regardless of their gender, race, colour of skin, belief and religion, political or other options, national and social origin. They consist of experienced and trained professionals who bear the social and conscientious responsibility of their work, who enjoy their tasks and work with tolerance and great flexibility. The key people to be described below in our project are graduates of higher education, hold doctor's degrees, have been working in the field since 2005, thus, experienced in Erasmus + mobility projects, and have strong communication and human relations skill. They are multilingual experts who are referred to by many official institutions due to their work with many European countries. The project team has successfully managed and completed many projects from Europe and Turkey. Association President Dr. Süleyman Dündar is an experienced administrator who teaches at universities, participates in scientific studies, and has worked as a coordinator for dozens of projects within the framework of Erasmus + projects since 2013. He is an expert on computers and digital education. The association deputy executive director, Dr. Susam Dundar Isik (www.susam-dundar-isik.com), has completed university education in Turkey, Great Britain and Germany. After completing her doctorate in Germany, she worked as an assistant professor at the university. She has also served on the European Parliament's Working Table for Turkey, working for many years in Germany, Belgium, France and Turkey. In the field of vocational training, she participated between 2005 and 2008 as a coordinator in the dual vocational training system for 152 young people within the framework of the Bildungs starter project at the Bildungs Werk in Kruzberg (BWK) that supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and the European Social Fund. Of the 52 Jobstarter-projects carried out in Germany, the project managed by him was selected as the most successful project. In 2007, she was chosen twice as Woman of the Year in Berlin. She was also a board member and press spokesperson of the soccer club Türkiyem spor in Berlin, which at that time played in the 4th Football League in Germany. She was awarded for the social and cultural activities organized and carried out by her has been awarded several prizes. Dr. Susam Dündar Isik is also active as a breath transforming life, success and motivation coach and NLP-Coach (Neuro-Linguistic Program Trainer - Mind Language Program).
