Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that my practice will closed due to family leave from February 1, 2026, to March 16, 2026. During this period, the office will be closed to patient care and not accepting referrals.

The cut-off date for new referrals will be December 22, 2025. Any referrals received after this date will be returned to the referring provider.

We will notify patients of this temporary closure through our social media channels, voicemail system, office signage, and with your support as their provider.
