Morphological analysis of Astrocytes

Interactive supplementary material for the poster presented at Euskampus Bordeaux Eguna. This guide walks through how each morphometric variable of astrocytes is obtained in Fiji, using three complementary approaches: Skeleton analysis (2D), SNT tracing (3D, which also gives process volume) and Sholl analysis (complexity as a function of distance from the soma). Each method includes a screen recording of the full workflow, from the raw image to the results table.
