1) (Integrated) Application Form
2) Passport
3) A Copy of Passport
4) 2 ID photos
5) Certificate of Enrollment (included in your welcome/arrival kit)
6) School Business Registration *
7) Residency Documents
dorm residents: KU:L House Residency Certificate (available on the Quick Menu tab of KU:L House's website)
*ID: student number, Password: date of birth (YYMMDD)
off-campus residents: Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation & Associated Documents (eg. copy of housing contract and copy of landlord's ID card)
Make an online reservation at HiKorea *only possible after entrance (reservations are not possible abroad)
Visit Seoul Immigration Center (Located at Yangcheon-gu) with all your documents and application fee (30,000 KRW in CASH)
Revisit the Seoul Immigration Office on your designated date with your receipt & passport for your fingerprint scanning
If you fail to meet the deadline, you will be charged a hefty fine and will be considered an illegal immigrant!

*** there are 2 different Immigration Offices located in Seoul. Our University's district is under the jurisdiction of Seoul Immigration Office located at Yangcheon-gu.
DO NOT visit the one at Jung-gu!!!
After one receives their Registration Card and changes accommodation, all foreigners are required to report their address change within 14 days from the date of change to the Government of South Korea at their district's Immigration Office/online at Hikorea
Bring your 1) housing contract (with your name listed as the housing contractee), 2) Registration Card, 3) Passport
If you fail to meet the deadline, you will be obliged to pay a penalty of KRW 100,000 or more!
