COVID-19 Protocol

1. PCR tests at Health Centers are no longer available to the public, but limited to certain cases

1) Those who've tested positive using RAT (either at self-conducted or by a professional at a private clinic)

2) Those who’ve been ordered to be tested by their local Health Center

3) Those with a doctor's note suggesting a PCR test 

2. You are only allowed a RAPID ANTIGEN test at LOCAL PRIVATE CLINICS if you wish to know if have contracted COVID-19 

*You may find private clinics conducting PCR, but they will be significantly more expensive than RAT

***IF A TEST CONDUCTED BY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AT A PRIVATE CLINIC IS POSITIVE, IT HAS THE SAME LEGAL EFFECT AS A PCR TEST. MEANING YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED COVID-19 POSITIVE AND MANDATED TO A 7-DAY SELF-QUARANTINE

1. After you receive your test result, NOTIFY YOUR ISV RIGHT AWAY (your ISVs will notify us so we may deal with administrative issues if necessary)

2. You will be contacted by your local Health Center government officers via phone call/text

3. You will be ordered to quarantine at your own home for self-treatment 

• Do note that home/self-treatment is the default (If you are considered to be at dire health risk you will be escorted to a hospital if there are vacancies)

• We strongly suggest you buy the necessary medication beforehand, but you can be prescribed medications via phone appointments with a doctor or at a local clinic (see below) and pick them up at a pharmacy

• Default date of isolation/treatment: 7 days (regardless of vaccination status) *can be longer depending on the severity of one's symptoms

***those who've come into direct contact with a COVID-19 patient is no longer mandated to a 7-day quarantine (regardless of vaccine status)

***you are strongly suggested to take a PCR at least within 3 days of contact and 1 RAT test on your 6th day of contact 

1. Use a self-testing kit (RAT) or visit a local clinic to test for COVID-19

2. If you test positive, be tested immediately at your local Health Center (PCR) *not needed if tested at a clinic

• if you wish to test for PCR without a positive RAT, you will need to explain you are a co-resident with a COVID-19 patient

3. After you receive your test result, NOTIFY YOUR ISV RIGHT AWAY (your ISVs will notify us so we may deal with administrative issues if necessary)

4. Test yourself once more with a RAT test (self-testing kit included) on your 6th day of contact
