Summer Camps
Robotics Engineering Camp
WHEN: Three weeks, Monday through Friday 7/15-8/2, 2024.
TIME: 9:00am to 3:00pm with optional extended hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm
WHO: For students entering 7th - 10th grade in the fall of 2024.
WHAT: Students will learn how to build and program 18 inch robots in small teams solving a sport-like challenge. Students will learn to work with others, CAD, manufacture parts, program in Java, project management, and safe tool use. Student teams will compete against other local teams on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at University of Akron.

Cost: $750 for three weeks, with $50 per week for optional extended hours

Lego & STEM Camp
WHEN:
1st Option: June 24-28, 2024 TIME: 9:00-3:00 M-F - OPTIONAL Extended hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm are available
2nd Option: July 8-12, 2024 TIME: 9:00-3:00 M-F - OPTIONAL Extended hours from 8:00 am to 5:00pm are available
WHO: For students entering 3rd, 4th, 5th , and 6th grades in the fall of 2024.
WHAT: A Lego Robotics & STEM activity Camp. Students will learn how to build and program Lego Robots, solving design challenges as they build. Students will also learn to work with others, to present their ideas, to program and basic physics principles.
