Serving Portage and Summit Counties, our core focus is our growing community of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) competitive leagues including FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and FIRST Lego League (FLL).

KSS Robotics was founded in 2014 with a mission to provide students in the Kent area with hands-on opportunities to explore STEM through robotics. What began as a small group of students and mentors has grown into a multi-program organization supporting FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition teams.

Over the years, KSS Robotics has expanded its reach through competition, collaboration, and community outreach. Students in the program have designed innovative robots, developed programming skills, and built confidence through teamwork and problem-solving.
