It's a Family Thing

Walking through the hallways for the first time as an intern, I found Cliffdale to be a very welcoming place. My principal mentor took time to give me a tour and showed me the various projects she was working on throughout the school. She was very helpful and very hands on.

For the first couple of weeks of my internship, my principal told me to work in the front office to see how the school works with parents and to learn the ins and outs of the front office. From here I worked with parents and the office staff learning about the school and the values of the school.

I loved the "Be the 'I' in KIND" mural on the wall and it was fun to take pictures with others being the "I" in KIND.
