Leadership has fostered an atmosphere of support and trust. Sixty-two percent of teachers agree/strongly agree that they feel comfortable raising concerns about issues that are important to them. Additionally, seventy-seven percent of teachers feel they are supported by school leadership.
Eighty-six percent of teachers feel performance is assessed objectively and eighty-eight percent of teachers feel they receive feedback that helps them to improve their teaching.
Ninety-eight percent of teachers believe they are encouraged to reflect on their practices.
The results above reflect just how much teachers feel about the equity within the school. The majority of teachers feel that all students are treated equitably, the majority feel the school rules are applied equitably. Ninety-six percent of teachers believe respect is shown for all students' cultural beliefs and practices. Finally, eighty-five percent of teachers believe that the school provides quality services to help students with social or emotional needs.
