Vision Statement

My vision is to bring out the B.E.S.T. BEST in all students, faculty/staff, and community members surrounding my school. I will bring out the BEST by ensuring that students, faculty/staff, and the community members are

B-Believed in. I want every person associated with our school (parents, faculty, staff, community) to know that I believe in their abilities to teach and to learn.

E-Encouraged. I want every person associated with our school to feel loved and encouraged. On bad days, I want our school to be the place where people feel welcomed, happy, and loved.

S-Supported. I want every teacher to feel supported with quality professional development and with adequate resources to teach our students. I want every teacher to feel supported and built up by administration, not torn down. I want every student to feel supported by their teachers and by their administrators. I want every parent/community member to feel supported through parent nights, workshops, and resources to help their families.

T-Trusted. I want trust to be the foundation of the relationships between students, teachers, and parents. I want teachers to feel trusted to be the experts in the room, students to be trusted to work their hardest, and parents to be trusted to send their best to school everyday.

I envision a school where everyone can be the BEST that they can be.
