Knomee 3.14
1. Continuous improvement
Knomee 3.14 is now available on the AppStore since March 1st, 2025. A number of bugs and problems have been fixed/ removed:
The Quest wizard ("wizard " button on the Edit screen) has been improved.
On-boarding (the first few screens that you see when you open the app for the fist time) has also been improved. We have added a screen and changed another one to give a better explanation of tracking : how to use the slider buttons and how to navigate between the screens : main, home, view, edit. Because this short on-boarding tour may be useful as a reminder, it is now accessible from the "User manual" screen (new "onboarding" button).
Since the concept of "sleep bank" is becoming popular (cummulating how much you sleep) and is actually a good energy predictor, we have added the "weekSleep" automatic tracker. After reading some scientific literature, we selected the duration of 9 days, so it is actually "a long week". We remind you that we recommend using AutoSleep on your iPhone (and Apple Watch) if you have not already selected a sleep app.
We have added a "swim notification" that gives you some more detailed stats after you have completed your swimming session : best 50m, best 100m, worst 100m, average 100m. When you enter the tracking of your swim-related quest, it will trigger a short summary notification. Obviously, this feature only applied to Apple Watch holders.
Last, when you select a quest from the Quest Library, you can now start using it faster (we have removed an intermediary display of your quest list that had not been updated, which was confusing).
