Todoroki grew up in a large house that stood overlooking a beach that, when he was a child, he was sure stretched right to the ends of the earth. As a child it was his playground, as an adult his retreat.

Izuku grew up in the shallow waters close to the human world. He was always warned not to go too close, but something about the strange place called to him. The sands looked as though they spread to the ends of the earth. As a child he they brought him friendship, as an adult they gave him love.

All Izuku wants is a nice valentines day with his husband, Shoto, but it seems that the universe has other ideas. Every plan they make is interrupted, every time it looks like they might be able to steal an hour just for each other, something else gets in the way.

Until the day is nearly over and it starts to look like they won’t get to celebrate at all.

In a world where Izuku was never given One for All and never made it through the UA entrance exam he finds a much quieter life. Bringing joy to the denizens of Musutafu through his work at a tiny florist shop, Lavender’s Green.

But when he makes an unexpected connection with number three hero Shoto his quiet life is rapidly filled with confusion and flame. 

Archangel Todoroki has only known one role in his long long life. Protecting the Glittering Orb from falling into the wrong hands. In his hidden reliquary he stands guard, waiting for centuries for something anything to happen.

He expects that one day a demon will come to try and take his charge from him. He doesn't expect to fall in love, or all of the pain that follows when he believes that his demon lover has betrayed him.

With his word to the heavens broken and his charge gone, Todoroki must venture out into the world of the humans to take back what has been lost before irreparable damage can be caused to the world that he has sworn to protect.
