Dabi is a professional cage fighter, one of the best in the industry. People pay a lot of money to stand in the ring against him, and he makes more again betting on himself to do well. The only problem is that bare knuckle fighting was made illegal years before. So when he gets hurt he can’t go to a hospital or he risks being turned in and arrested.

Lucky for him his on again off again boyfriend (and love of his life) just happens to be a top surgeon who will always pull through and patch him up when he needs it.
