Leucism is a mutation that leads to the partial absence of pigments in skin and eyes, coloring the basecoat in shades of yellow and light tan colors OR purple/grey shades.
Kiseilians with this mutation have purple eyes but usually they don't suffer of any problem of Albino Kiseilians.
Leucistic Kiseilians can have purple eyes.
This colour isn't heritable.
If their pups are not born with leucism, they will have black eyes like usual.
When you have to design a leucistic Kiseilian you have to pick from the following sliders, no matter the basecoat you have.
You also have to show all the markings present, even if slightly.
Leucism can show partially, it will create an effect similar to Chimera or in combo with Melanism.
Here we have a Pearl Malachite with Belly, Gecko, Ringed and Vertebral
Leucistic on the left and Normal on the right
Here how the partial leucism can work.
If you want, the leucistic patch can display a little faint halo/border.
Only few markings can still be showed: Lumen and Mirror.
Lumen can still show some colours but with a pastel palettes and not saturated colour.
Mirror must must follow the basecoat spectrum, so it will use the same colours of the leucistic palette or a pastel. Obviously you could give it a glimmer appearence but can't have other colours.
Saturated markings like Robin, Dust, Aurum and more, can be showed with pastel colours but different from the leucistic colours. Obviously respect the markings colour rules of the genotype of your kiseilian.
