It seems like the Kiseilian has dipped its wing's edges in a light paint.

It can be blended, textured or also a mix of these two.

Must be lighter or darker than what sits under and be of any allowed color.

Dipped allows also saturated colours on Charcoal base.

All points can have only blended, only textured or mix of blended and textured edges, also with fading edges, you can go wild with the texturing! Edges should not be defined at all!

Can have a bit of a striping/bleeding effect, like that of dripping paint
