This marking creates a white aura with spots on it. The spots must be rimmed.
The rim can be either lighter or darker than the aura
The aura can be any color as long as it's lighter than the base, can also be saturated.

The spots can be round, irregular, merging, hard or soft edged or even a little textured or blending on one side.
The aura can be any allowed color as long as it's lighter thant the base! The Aura can also be textured.
When gradient is present it can affect only the rim, only the spots, or only the aura
The spots and the rim can fade or get tinted by the color of the Aura when affected by gradient
