A simple marking that covers the neck as a collar.
In its recessive form it covers only a small part and be more or less thick, while in its dominant form can cover the neck totally.
It can be of any be of any allowed color.
It's allowed that the two sides can have two different kind of edges.

You can fill ANY part of the area, you dont need to respect the recessive area, just keep in mind that recessive covers only 50% while the dominant covers the whole neck.
If your kiseilian has a mane, collar can color the mane completely regardless of the range.
