1944 Beckman Family Reunion

The family reunion of 1944 took place on Albert & Elsie's farm near Perham, MN.  This is the farm that was previously owned by Albert's father, Theodore Flatau.  Later this farm was purchased by Albert's son, Vernon Flatau.   Marie's husband, August, passed away in  1917.   In 1922, the Beckman Place where Marie lived with her son John was sold and Marie moved in with Albert & Elsie.  She lived with them until her death in 1954.

Elsie was Marie's youngest child.  Eight other children came often with their families to visit.  The following photos are from one such visit.
