breaks thru the soft and warm soil

this Haiku style by

a single poem with

a beginning,

middle and end.

Writer's Poem

Tornadoes, jumping up and down.

Earthquakes, waiting to shake.

Giant fires, burning all around.

Walnut Shell

23 second read

I wanted to make

a little boat where

I could sit and float.

I carefully opened a

big walnut shell, it

sure looked swell.

I shrunk in size to

fit in my big ride.

Floating on the water

the sun got hotter.

I stopped my little ride

returning to normal size.

I wonder, I wonder

what makes thunder?

I wonder, I wonder

what's down under?

I wonder, I wonder

why I always wonder?
