TAI CHI FOR BEGINNERS

For those beginning Tai Chi – ease in with this 6 week Beginner’s Program allowing you to experience the movements to build on the 24 Yang Simplified Form and concepts. Continuing “beginner’s” are also welcome.
Tai Chi benefits us in body, mind and spirit. It is a gentle movement designed to enhance circulation, balance and over all wellbeing. Relax..breathe..flow..align and flow into a daily Tai Chi practice that will increase your energy, strengthen your immune system & balance your body/mind/spirit. Also learn stretching techniques and the basic Qi Gong - The Eight Strand Brocade. Dress comfortably.

WITCH SERIES: COVEN CRAFT 101

“Coven” (from Latin convenire – to come together) is a word that simply means to convene/gather. Dispel the fear & myths this word evokes by learning the fundamentals of creating a strong working Coven. Examine the structure and protocols required to create a cohesive, long lasting Coven.

REIKI LEVEL 2

Attunement initiates an intuitive awakening & acceleration of energies. In this class / Okuden you will learn the advanced techniques of Byosen, Reiki Mawashi & Enhaku Chiryo (scanning, group energy, distant healing fundamentals). Includes an introduction to the non-traditional use of healing vibrations (singing bowls, ting-shas, etc.) and two Okuden symbols. The group will practice healings.

MAGICKAL WANDS & SACRED WOODS

We will examine the different properties of sacred woods and the magick that they convey when created into a magickal wand.
Discussion will include thoughts on foraging for your wood, asking permission, leaving an offering if you choose to wildcraft your want. As well as on selecting/purchasing a wand, acquiring the name of your wand and how to create a dedication, storage and care.

REIKI CIRCLE
Welcoming All Reiki Practitioners

Gathering Contribution: $10 each / per circle
Reiki Circle welcomes all those that have obtained their Reiki Level 1 Attunement plus. It is a safe and friendly gathering for those of you that wish to gather with like minded Reiki practitioners, ask questions, practice hands-on and receive a group Reiki Session.
Pre-registration is required to reserve a space.

Pointy hats and black cats! The infamous witch’s cone of power extends past the quintessential witch’s pointy hat. Kelley will take you through just exactly what the cone of power is, as well as techniques and exercises to generate and raise that power in ritual.
