This 4-week session is suitable for a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. You choose which level you are most comfortable with. Lots of modifications will be offered to find the right level that suits you best.
During class, we will be doing various yoga poses from standing, seated, and lying down positions. We will be holding each pose for several breathes, allowing the body to relax into each pose gently and calmly.
The pose does not become you, you become the pose!
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or cushion and water.

BRUJERIA MEXICANA SERIES
BASIC CLEANSING WITH EGG

In this workshop we will learn how to do self-healing with an egg and learn how to heal our closest people. Included will be the basic ways of reading the egg, how to sing and talk to the egg while we clean the three main bodies in our being. Egg cleansing is an ancestral Mexican technique used to this day by our native people, it is considered a sacred energetic healing, which deserves a lot of respect. Join Ceci and take this amazing class and learn how you can be free from negative energy. Included - a small manual and material to do your cleansing.

Certification course for traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Shoden (Level 1). Includes level appropriate teachings, attunements, manual, certificate and hands-on experience. Reiki attunements assist in aligning and amplifying our natural healing energies. We will discuss the history and origins of Reiki. Learn traditional techniques including Gassho, Reiji-Ho, Joshin Kokyuu (breathing, grounding, clearing), hand placement, self-healing and etiquette. Your attunement will include the first two symbols.

Kelley created the Witch 101 Series to bring together those of like mind and inquiring minds into space where we can have a forum to learn and to ask those questions that linger in your mind. It is a space where we can ask questions in regards to practicing as a witch, to clarify, to dispel the “….but how do I” queries, to de-mystify and have open conversations with other pagans and witches. Here questions are encouraged and nothing is too silly to ask – let us help one another move deeper into our magickal practices with confidence, courage and dedication. In this workshop we will discuss what ‘calling the quarters’ in magick means. Where the practice originated and the aspects associate with the Quarters. We will include hands on practice.
We will look at what it means as a witch to ‘dedicate’ yourself to the path of the old ways. What does an actual dedication ritual consist of and is it the correct path for you at this time.

A Gathering of Witches is an evening of magick and ritual. Join fellow practitioner’s of the craft in circle. Ritual wear is encouraged but not necessary to attend.
Fun and frolic are the flavour of May. The Lord and the Lady have opened the season of frivolity and the sound of the joyous pipes of Pan can be heard wafting on the evening breeze. LIVING WITH RHYTHM

Think of how often we refer to a sense of rhythm that we experience in our lives in a figurative way. We say that we need to “slow down," or that we “skipped a beat," or that we didn’t feel like we were “in sync” or that we want to “march to the beat of our own drum!” A rhythm is controlled energy that fluctuates between action and inaction. When we create a rhythm we are creating an energy cycle. The cyclic nature of rhythm allows us to recognize what patterns are repeated in each of us and how do we change the patterns which aren’t harmonious or expend too much of my energy. Paying attention to our own inner rhythmic state and working in harmony with others literally recalibrates us. So come join Kevin and unwind, rejuvenate, centre yourself and explore rhythm literally and symbolically in an atmosphere of energy creation, sharing, and release.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please arrive promptly, classes start at the appointed time - doors may be locked for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
