Certification course for traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Shoden (Level 1). Includes level appropriate teachings, attunements, manual, certificate and hands-on experience. Reiki attunements assist in aligning and amplifying our natural healing energies. We will discuss the history and origins of Reiki. Learn traditional techniques including Gassho, Reiji-Ho, Joshin Kokyuu (breathing, grounding, clearing), hand placement, self-healing and etiquette. Your attunement will include the first two symbols.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #104, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.

Come join Kelley at the beautiful Heydenshore Lakefront in Whitby for a relaxing outdoor morning Tai Chi practice! Breathe in the fresh lake air, feel your feet upon the earth and let your spirit flow with the beauty of the forms. Please note all are welcome but be advised that this is not a beginner’s instructional session but practice and review where necessary. Gathering will include warm-up stretches, 8 Strand Brocade Qi-Gong, 24 Yang Simplified Form & 16 Sword. Please wear comfortable footwear, a hat and sunscreen!!! (NOTE: extra swords are available to borrow for practice)

A GATHERING OF WITCHES
LUGHNASADH CELEBRATION

Brother’s & Sisters of the old ways let’s gather as we join in sacred ritual. Are you curious about the inner witch you feel stirring within you? Do you practice solitary and occasionally crave the company of other witches? Or just enjoy the magick of the witches circle and ritual? Then we have a space for you dearest one! Let us cast the circle and call the quarters and step through the veil this night! A Gathering of Witches is an evening of magick and ritual. Join fellow practitioners of the craft in circle. Ritual wear is always welcomed but not necessary to attend.
Come celebrate the Lughnasadh the ‘Feast of the Bread’ the first Harvest Festival. We will pay tribute to Lugh Lámhfhada, the Long Armed or Many Skilled and give our thanks for our individual skills and strengths. Let us come together in the old pagan ways and break bread recognizing the blessings of the year’s first grain.
