For this project you will create a Graphic User Interface (GUI) for your game concept.
The Graphic User Interface should include things like:
Buttons for navigation or actions
Icons for game assets
Badges/Stickers for Achievments
Health indicator
Available lives
Level indicator
Maps
Weapons
Available Ammo
Etc.
Gather at least 3 benchmark images showing the style you are aiming for. All three should show the same visual style so I know where you are going for the final look of yours.
Sketch out at least 2 different GUI layout options.
Once your layout is approved, begin to sketch out your final GUI assets.
Once your GUI assets are approved, begin to create the final color graphic assets using either Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

2 GUI Layout Thumbnail Sketches
Detailed GUI Asset Sketches
1 Color Final of all assets in layout using your Environment as a background
The files you turn in should be:
Layered PSD files for your color final
Flat JPEG or PNG files for your preliminary pieces
The dimensions for this project will be determined by what you intend it to be primarily used on when complete; a tablet (iPad) or phone (iPhone).
For iPad dimensions it should be 2732 x 2048 pixels
For iPhone dimensions it should be 2436 x 1125 pixels
