The decision to cancel play will be made no later than 6 AM on league day.  Cancellation will be based on conditions at Juniper Hill.  If the league play is cancelled, there will an email sent out to league members.

The league will play as usual if you do not receive any communication by one hour prior to the first tee time.  Members are expected to honor their tee times.

If you choose not to play even though league play has NOT been canceled, you need to notify a playing member of your foursome prior to your scheduled tee time.  The starter may want to merge groups, so your foursome needs to be able to report that you are not playing.
