Telephone Skills December 12, 2021
Telephone skills are an important representation of engagement with such a large number of people you are providing service to. I learned that everything matters in what you do to provide good service and communicating in a more effective way. Providing excellent service demonstrates respect for customers and encourages them to return. Answering with a smile, speaking clearly, provide name and organization are good examples of telephone skills.
GCC 2021 Presentation October 22, 2021
The presentation provided information to us students regarding the opportunities us high school students have. The programs that were mentioned was giving the information about the Dual Enrollment Programs well as the (WE) Work experience program for us to look more into. Furthermore were informed about our high school credits, we are given the opportunities to make up our credits along with students who are lacking credits. Students also get the opportunity to work to help ourselves to where we need to be.
I was very surprised with the amount of information that was brought to my attention and everyone else. The programs will be helpful to us students through our journey. In addition to that the program surprised me with the amount of opportunities that we actually have. Which is why I think the program was helpful to us because we were not fully educated about our credits and programs we can look into. Addition to being able to give ourselves a chance to have a better perspective in life choices.
Tie A Tie December 13, 2021
Tie-tying is an essential aspect of looking professional. Ties have been a symbol of nobility and a method to indicate that you're interested in something while still trying to appear presentable. I also learned that there are numerous ways of learning how to tie a tie. It may have seemed difficult at first with the twist and turns, but learning how to tie a tie with various ways ended up being simple.
