Sutherland Book Order Forms: This Thursday, May 14th, students in grades 3-6 will attend the 32nd Annual Zena Sutherland Award for Children’s Literature Ceremony. Ms. Sally Nicholls, last year’s winner for Best Text & Best Overall for her book Godfather Death, will be our guest speaker. In partnership with 57th St. Books, we will have this book available for purchase. Ms. Nicholls will be signing books, should you wish to have an autographed copy. Book order forms were sent home in Friday Folders, or you can print a digital copy here.
Reminder: Book Club Reading Homework! Last week, students began Book Clubs. They will read their assigned chapters at home, which will take the place of their reading log. Please carefully read the details of this new homework routine on the new Book Clubs page (under the Nuts & Bolts > Homework tab).
Protractors: If your child borrowed a protractor for homework, please remind them to return it to school this week!
