   Literacy is the ability to read and write, this is used to complete this assignment, Community is a place with people that have shared values and purposes, this assignment was made to inform the funeral industry community and people that come into funeral homes looking for services. Inquiry is a process of asking questions and testing and revising, In this assignment there were questions that I had to research about a certain type of funeral so I can go through my evidence found and revise it to put it into a final draft.

 Composing knowledge is used to support your conversation by examining your own learning experiences and writing this was shown in this assignment by me taking my prior knowledge from the last assignment and applying that information with new information learned. Completing this assignment has shown that I am able to take in information about a topic of research and apply it into a document in my own words. 

While working on this assignment it helped me focus on the main points that needed to be touched on regarding the topic of green burials. This sample of writing demonstrated that I am able to research a topic and summarize It into a document that gives the basic information about green funerals. My assignment shows that I have the ability to successfully integrate sources that are appropriate to research inquiry for civic settings by citing my helpful sources.
