This course gave me an opportunity to use core competencies that I acquired from my graduate program. These competencies included using critical and ethical decision making while working with others.

The budgeting and human resources skills that I acquired in other courses was relatable in this course.

During my internship I worked with individuals with cognitive disabilities. The institution was a non profit and focused on assisting these individuals in a positive fashion. i learned how to work with diverse groups which was meaningful.
