Coordinating stages 3-5 of the RIBA plan of works, including reviewing planning consent, clearing planning conditions, tendering work to specialist consultants for the technical design packages, cost construction analysis, preparing design programmes preparing and issuing construction information, and the health and safety file, assisting in site set up and addressing site quires during construction.
