This was a vacant, derelict, unused site, previous part of the Queen Elizabeth Barracks used during the 2nd World War.
The objective was to investigate how the site could be improved and put back into a use. The site had an existing building that was previously used a horse training centre for the military. The site also had overgrown and supported ecosystems. I was appointed from the initial concept through to the construction team starting on site.
