The client bought a 1930's Arts and Craft style home with the view to extend, enlarge and modify to create a modern updated home with high specification finishes and renewable technologies.
50% of the original property was demolished and a new extension was built toward the front to re-elevate the front facade, side and rear, as well as a steel pulin roof to create a 2nd floor attic bedrooms.
