My weekly schedule.
I built a step data wall in our staff lounge to keep us focused on moving our kids in literacy. Each grade level had their own color so we could see where some were lagging behind and where others were far ahead.
I created these snapshots for each student to go home with report cards each trimester to help students and parents understand achievement levels.
I created a checklist for teachers to use during each conference.
I implemented feedback surveys for our ILT meetings, which included teachers, after getting informal feedback that the meetings weren't as effective as they could be. The results for the first survey is below.
I started a school store and handed out Donoghue Dollars to provide an incentive for students.
For those I managed, I created this template to help them prioritize and create string systems and protocols for them to delegate to other members of the team.
This is a video of me leading a meeting with the 2nd Grade team around student work in math.
This was a role play of a difficult conversation, facilitated by ELP, that I needed to have with a real member of my team.
