TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME

As I am a part time college student, turnaround times will never be specified. I will work at a reasonable pace, and progress can be tracked on my Trello. Clients are informed where they are in the queue, when I begin work, and updated regularly as I work.

GHOSTING

I understand that real life throws curve balls. However if I attempt to contact you for any reason and I receive no reply within two weeks, I will consider myself Ghosted. If this happens twice in a row, your order will be cancelled, not refunded and you will be blacklisted.
