Windcatcher

The subject of this piece is a horse I have bred and raised here on my farm, and he has inspired many, many sketches and paintings over the years.  He is retired now, spending these early autumn days and nights running in a big green pasture with all his friends, enjoying his second career as a muse. 

Windcatcher is painted in acrylic on gallery wide stretched canvas with a black painted border.  Outside measurements are 18x24"
